background and Fill Properties Box

Tool / settings: shape circle / size 78 / hardness 100 / step 25 / density 100
/ thickness 100 / rotation 0 / opacity 100 / blend mode normal / continuous
unchecked / wet
look paint unchecked
Hold down your left
mouse button and using the paint brush make wavy lines all over your
working
layer /
Change mouse buttons
now and using the paint brush make more wavy lines all over in
different
directions
Click Pan Tool to
deselect your brush tool
Adjust / Blur /
Gaussian Blur / Radius 80 / ok
Layers Palette / right
click on your raster layer and duplicate twice you now have 3 layers
Layers / Merge /
Merge all flatten
Effects / Unplugged
Tools / Pyramids / Settings: Size 11 / Transparency 129 / Top 255 / Left
200 /
Right 55 / Bottom 0 / ok
Materials Palette /
choose a nice Red color or a Red Gradient use your own settings if you use
a
Gradient

a new raster layer keep on top and active

Tube and choose Copy now close of your Tube

and Resize using the Nodes if needed

Merge All (Flatten)
