Open
a 400 x 400 transparent image.
Open a tube of your choice
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer on to your 400 x 400.
Tools / deform tool / resize and position your tube then click pan.
Close
your Original tube
Layer palette add a new raster layer keep it on top and activate it.
Right click on the new layer and duplicate until you have 3.
Start at the top right click and rename the 3 blank layers Rain 1 , Rain 2 , Rain 3, then also
rename the tube layer Tube and the bottom layer
Background.
Activate
the Top Layer rain 1.
Effects VanDerLee / snowflakes / settings: Amount 230 / Minimum size 0 / Maximum size
10 / Hardness 100 / Transparency 5/ Snow Color Basic-snow / Random seed / Hightlight
the end box and type
in 900 / ok.
Adjust / blur / motion blur / angle 15 /
strength 40 / ok.
Adjust
/ sharpness / sharpen more.
X
out Rain 1 and activate Rain 2.

the end box and type in 1800 / ok.

/ blur / motion blur / angle 15 / strength 40 / ok.
Adjust / sharpness / sharpen more.
X out Rain 2 and activate Rain 3.
X out Rain 1 and activate Rain 2.

Snow color Basic-snow / Random seed / HIGHLIGHT the end box and type in 2890 / ok.
Adjust
/ blur / motion blur / angle 15 / strength 40 / ok.
Adjust / sharpness / sharpen more.
(
This is the settings for a light rain if you want heavier rain change the size
range at the
end make it higher ).
X out all the 3 rain layers for now.
Activate the bottom background layer.
Selections / select all.
Open a background of your choice.
Right click and copy the background.
Right click and paste INTO selection.
Selections
/ select none.
Un
X your tube layer and activate.
Add
a light Drop shadow this is mine
Effects
/ 3d Effects / Drop Shadow / Vertical 1 / Horizontal 1/ opacity 50 / Blur
5 / Color
white
0k
Add your copyright and watermark.
Activate your tube layer and adjust / sharpness / sharpen.
Layers
/ merge visible.
On your layer palette you should now have 3 rain layers all X out and the bottom layer
merged.
Activate the Merged layer
Text
tool / vector / direction first / font any / size any / sw 0.
Material palette set both the boxes to white.
Write your name and click apply and position click pan.
Layer palette right click on the vector and convert to raster layer.
Drag the text layer down above the merged layer and active.
Selections / select all / float and defloat.
Press delete on the key board.
Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow / v 1 / h 1 / op 100 / b 0 / white / ok

Add your copyright and watermark

/ merge visible.
Duplicate
your merged layer until you have 3

Animation shop
Open
your saved image animation shop ( you will notice there are 3 frames)
Click
the Animation icon to test it works, click it again to stop it animating.
File save as give it a name and save type as GIF click next , next until it is saved.
